What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our guests can check-in from 2.00 pm and, if the room is already available, they can begin their stay immediately (without any surcharges). Check-out has to be done by 10.00 am and our guests can leave their suitcases in our luggage room until the departure.
Is there a breakfast service?
Yes, the breakfast is continental and we offer delicious sweet and savory dishes.
What if a doctor is needed?
You can go to the first-aid station’s practice otherwise the doctor can come to the hotel 24 hours a day. You pay directly the doctor.
What are the hotel payment options?
We accept cash up to the amount permitted by law. Above that amount you can pay by credit cards and bankcard.
What if I need an invoice?
You only need to inform us at the time of booking and convey your tax data (if you pay a deposit, it is absolutely compulsory).
Is there a tourist tax in Castenedolo?
Yes, from 1 January 2026, you will have to pay an amount equal to €0.80 per person per day, for a maximum of 4 nights.
Is there a concierge at the hotel?
Yes, there is. The hotel is under 24-hour supervision.
Are pets welcome?
